Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange based on the availability of the new item. If the new item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

4. Warranty

All products sold by Ivan Active come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase. We will evaluate the issue and, if eligible, repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
